These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the MotoVolt website, store, and any related services (the “Services”).

MotoVolt is operated by Nataniel Arkit as a sole trader in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on postal delays or customs.

MotoVolt is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by carriers,

  • customs inspections,

  • incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the postal service.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Our Refund Policy governs returns and refunds.
By making a purchase, you agree to that policy.

We do not guarantee product performance if the item has been:

  • wired incorrectly,

  • used with incompatible power sources,

  • modified,

  • exposed to water,

  • physically damaged.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform.

We may use third-party tools, apps, or integrations.
We are not responsible for how third parties operate or handle your information.
